Terri Mefford Director

Board Director of the bank since 2019. Terri has been retired since 2014 from a 45-year banking career where she served on various committees and as a Board member of Great Plains Bank in Elk City, Oklahoma. Her position at retirement was CFO of the bank and President of the Administration Division. She also served on the Board of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma for 4 years.  She also serves on the bank’s Audit Committee.  She has 2 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 3 grandchildren. Terri currently works part-time in the accounting department of NAPA Auto Parts in Altus, Oklahoma and enjoys traveling in her RV.
